The Portland Freeze is a massive flash mob event that Reid Stady and I are hosting this winter. We plan to break the world record of "number of people frozen at one time." The record was previously set in Paris, France with 3,000 participants. Right now we have around 3,200 participates and gaining about a 100 per week.
